When writing or updating your Will to include a gift, you may wish to use the following wording.
I give to WDC, Whale and Dolphin Conservation, Brookfield House, 38 St Paul Street, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 1LJ (registered charity number for England and Wales 1014705 or SC040231 for Scotland), the gift of [insert percentage here]% of my estate to be used by WDC at its discretion. I declare that the receipt of the finance director, or appropriate officer, shall be complete discharge to my executors.
