Lots of whales begin their migration in September and can swim for thousands of miles a day. Don’t worry, we’re not asking you to do the same in distance but we are challenging you to take to your local pool (or local outdoor swim spot) to do one of the following:
- Advanced: Swim for 90 minutes a day for a week (longest a whale can hold its breath)
- Moderate: Swim for 60 minutes a day for a week (average time a whale holds its breath)
Swimming is great for fitness, being mindful and general well-being so why not take the plunge, channel your inner whale and get sponsored to do one of these incredible endurance challenges, Remember, you can make it as easy or as difficult as you like.
