Did you know the deepest a whale can dive is 10,000 feet? As part of well-being week (or as we’re calling it, whale-being week) we’re encouraging you to get back to nature and walk 10,000 steps every day for a week.
You could walk in pairs, with your family, with pets or even build it into your day by walking to and from work or walking meetings with colleagues perhaps? If it feels like a lot, you could split the steps with someone else or if you don’t fancy walking, why not do 10,000 of something else – like a 10k run or a 10,000 metre row?
