Kesslet is a very smart, savvy and independently spirited female dolphin – a bit of an urban city girl really as she can often be seen hunting for fish right next to the busy harbour, only a few minutes from Inverness city centre in the Highlands of Scotland.

Kesslet is sometimes joined by her son Charlie or a few dolphin friends who have popped by to say 'hello' and make the most of the annual salmon migration.  Our adopt a dolphin field officer, Charlie, has observed Kesslet and her family for over 20 years. He first spotted her in 1996 when she was under 2 years old swimming with her mum Kess.
