Indigo is a lively, energetic, young male who loves to race around and socialize with his friends. He was born in 2012, his mum is adoption dolphin Rainbow, and he is often seen alongside her. Indigo has an older brother, Prism, who lives off the coast of Aberdeen and a little brother/sister who was born in August 2020.
Indigo is often seen larking around and generally causing trouble with Charlie, another dolphin in adoption programme, they love to chase each other in and around the Cromarty Firth and up and down the Black Isle coastline. He is also buddies with other young dolphins in the Moray Firth, like Clyde and Spirtle. Indigo is a brilliant hunter and loves catching big juicy sand-eels, flicking them out of the water to tease gulls overhead, before slurping them in like fishy spaghetti! We hope you'll enjoy hearing all about his adventures.
