Offshore Industries coordinator
Are you passionate about reducing the impact of marine industries on whales and dolphins? Are you knowledgeable about anthropogenic ocean issues or do you have experience in offshore industries such as shipping or renewable energy? WDC is seeking a dedicated, energetic and experienced policy professional with a passion to end the suffering of whales and dolphins. To join us, you will need to be confident in developing advocacy asks and identifying key opportunities to create measurable change. Contagious positivity and the ability to travel is essential.
Working within the UK Fundraising team, the Philanthropy team focuses on raising funds from trusts, foundations, statutory funders and High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI). Working closely with our Philanthropy manager, this new role will be key in the creation and management of the tools needed to engage and inspire our philanthropic supporters and prospects. This will include the development of engagement events such as small dinners, webinars and receptions as well as liaising with policy colleagues to create compelling proposals and updates.
