TripAdvisor certificate of excellence for WDC’s Scottish Dolphin Centre

WDC’s Scottish Dolphin Centre in Spey Bay  has been awarded a Certificate of Excellence award by TripAdvisor®, the world’s largest travel website. The accolade, which honours hospitality excellence, is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on TripAdvisor’s site.

Scottish Dolphin CentreCertificate of Excellence winners are selected using a process that takes into account reviews and consistency of ratings. Businesses must maintain a high volume of overall, recent ratings of at least four out of five, and maintain a high popularity ranking on the site.

“We are delighted to win a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence and we’d like to thank all of our past visitors who took the time to complete a review on the site,” said Alison Jordan, SDC centre manager. “We take pride in providing a great visitor experience for all who come looking for dolphins with us and I hope this will encourage even more people to come to Spey Bay.”

“TripAdvisor is pleased to honour exceptional hospitality businesses for consistent excellence,” said Marc Charron, President of TripAdvisor for Business. “The Certificate of Excellence award gives top performing establishments around the world the recognition they deserve, based on feedback from those who matter most – their customers.”
