If a whale breaches in a forest does it make a sound?
As many of you know our mission at WDC is to create a world where every whale and dolphin is safe and free and we strive to do this in any way possible. We also look for creative ways to communicate our messages with attention grabbing mediums that cut through the static that most individuals receive about supporting various causes. This video, by Gentleman Scholar, is an amazing example of how an outside agency has provided us with a medium to really engage an audience.
Gentleman Scholar is helping us spread this message in a whole new way with this stunning depiction of a humpback whale swimming through a serene forest. The imagery is amazing and unforgettable. We hope that it reminds viewers that we’re all interconnected in this great big world and that it is up to us to help protect these massive yet vulnerable creatures. This stirring spot, offered to the WDC at no charge, will help us to highlight a variety of our campaigns focused on Marine Protected Areas and programs.
