Ten dolphins which have been kept in captivity for two weeks by villagers from Western Province, Solomon Islands have now been freed.

There had been reports a potential buyer was interested in buying them, but the dolphins were eventually returned to the wild following negotiations with villagers prompted by the provincial government.
